School of Kingdom Ministry is a global ministry school providing local training and equipping in our city through Thrive Microchurch of the KC Underground Network.
We believe that God placed SoKM in our microchurch, and it’s through healthy relational Kingdom community where He intends to train us and release us for the work of His Kingdom in Kansas City. This school was developed to make that possible; its tailored for the everyday person in our city.
Jesus called us to continue His ministry. He promises the same and greater works to those who pick up the charge.
2027 SoKM x KC Schedule

27 Weeks, Thursdays, 6:30 PM
SoKM x KC 2027 classes meet weekly on Thursdays at 6:30 PM and run for 27 weeks.
Our goal is to activate every believer to live a naturally supernatural lifestyle so that everywhere they go they can partner with where God is already working.
Learn How To:

Grow in theological understanding of the Kingdom of God

Be activated in the spiritual gifts (words of knowledge, discerning of spirits, etc.)

Our activation curriculum is full of hands-on activities that make partnering with the Holy Spirit accessible to anyone, regardless of prior experience.
These activities demystify the process of operating in spiritual gifts and teach ministry as a practical skill that can be learned and improved upon with practice.

Exercising the skills we learn in real life settings is critical to the learning process.
Every class includes practice activities that put students’ knowledge and experience to work in a ministry context. This includes serving the mission of the local church in existing ministry events for the whole community.

Teaching
Strong, Biblical theology is foundational to Holy Spirit ministry.
Not only does it keep us growing in the right direction, it also empowers and equips us with faith to step into things God has called us to. The first hour of each class works through our curriculum, which includes topics like Kingdom Theology, Holy Spirit, Identity, Healing, Relationships, and more!

Holy Spirit Open table is a free gathering aligned with Thrive Microchurch's heart for healthy, relational community as an essential to the full movement of the Spirit in the body across Kansas City. This is a safe space for anyone who is curious about or wants to grow deeper in step with the Holy Spirit in their daily lives. We fellowship, learn together in the Word, share stories, experiences, and more! Come build joy and be with one another in prayer, worship, and actively respond to the Spirit’s leading together.
